Introduction

The SZS steam (hot water) boiler is a typical D-type quick-installed water tube boiler with a compact layout, reducing boiler house investment and shortening installation time. It consists of upper and lower drums, membrane water walls, convection tube bundle, economizer, and condenser, with a front-mounted burner and flue gas discharged through the tubes, economizer, condenser, and chimney. Two-stage energy-saving devices further lower exhaust temperature and improve efficiency up to 104% with natural gas.
